Return & Refund Policy

At AFTR, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and unopened
  • be in its original packaging
  • be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • include proof of purchase

Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at aftrsupport@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • opened oral strip products
  • used items
  • gift cards
  • sale or promotional items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at aftrsupport@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
